Valerian Root: Is an ancient medicinal herb with a long history of
use. Valerian returned to prominence and popularity during World
War I, when it was used to help those with shell shock and
nervous stress in army hospitals. To this day, valerian root is popular

Leading CFS researcher and physician, Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum
